To create your personalized plan, we'll need to discuss the following:

1 - How many people are you hoping to prepare for?

2 - Do you have a certain time frame in mind that you want your food plan to provide for? (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc)

3 - Does anyone in your group have any dietary restrictions or requirements that we need to work around?

4 - Do you have a specific budget in mind? Would you like us to try and find the cheapest way to get to your goal or do you prioritize quality, taste and ease-of-use over price?

5 - How comfortable are the members in your group at cooking? Are you happy to make your own meals from individual ingredients (for example, grind wheat to bake your own bread), or does your group require more ready-made options that just need water added?

5 - In a perfect world, what time frame would you like to have your food fallback plan in place by?

6 - Would you like to do a quick calorie assessment for your group so that we can make sure that we hit the right caloric target?

7 - Would you like to understand the details on how we build out a custom plan and how much of each food category is suggested per person or would you just like to leave the heavy details to us and we can formulate a plan for you?
