Foundation Outdoors takes a different approach to freeze-dried meals. Instead of simply combining separately prepared ingredients, the ingredients in this lasagna are hand cooked together in small batch kettles. The beef and pork, sauce, noodles, and cheeses are simmered together so the flavors can fully develop and blend before the entire meal is freeze dried together. This process helps create a more cohesive flavour and allows the meal to rehydrate quickly and evenly when you're ready to eat.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Bring 1 1/4 cup (300ml) of water to a boil.
2. Open pouch at tear notch
3. Add 1 1/4 cup (300ml) of boiling hot water to pouch - Stir well.
4. Zip pouch, lay pouch on its back.
4. Let sit for 10-12 minutes - We know you're excited but this meal will taste so much better if you wait the full 10 minutes!
