How much egg mix do I need?

2 Tbsp of egg crystals + 3 Tbsp water = 1 egg
1 Can = Approx 85 eggs

Preparation Instructions:

Mix 2 parts whole egg crystals with 3 parts cold water, by volume. Eggs must be cooked prior to consumption. Prepare similar to scrambled eggs.

To reach the maximum sealed shelf life of up to 7 years, store in a cool, dark, dry environment with temperatures ranging between 13°-21° C.
Once opened, make sure to always re-seal the can with the white plastic lid and store at a controlled room temperature or below.
Excessive ambient humidity or heat will lower the shelf life.
