In Case Of Mashed Potato Granules are 100% Canadian grown potatoes. Washed, peeled, cooked and dried to preserve their natural texture, flavour, and consistency.

Potato Granules can be used for more than just mashed potatoes:
• Use in baking for breads, buns, cakes, donuts and even candy
• Use as a binder and filler in sausage making
• Use as a thickener for soup gravies and sauces
• Use for making potato related dishes like: Pierogis, Gnocchi, Croquettes
• Use as an extender in spice mixes - they help make spices stick to meats and give a lite coating when the meat is being cooked

Prep Instructions:

Reconstitute 1 part granules in 4-5 parts of liquid depending on the desired thickness or use. Recommended Liquids: water, milk or cream (or a combination) heated to just before boiling.
