In addition to being a natural sweetener, Honey also has many medicinal purposes and comes in handy even beyond the kitchen.
This is unpasteurized honey and may be crystallized. Honey crystallization is a natural occurrence. When your honey starts to crystallize, place the honey in a heat safe container, and then the container in a hot water bath between 130F to 140F for a few minutes and stir. The honey should melt evenly and will become a liquid again in no time.
