Who is Cory?

Cory is our resident Chef. He has 30+ years experience in the industry. He joined the Briden team 2 years ago and manages our cannery in Cochrane where InCaseOf products come to life. I have had the privilege of enjoying his cooking and you are in for a treat seeing his culinary skills at work! O

Chocolate Cookies:
2 x Your favourite Chocolate cake mix (We used Betty Crocker Devil’s Food Mix)
4 x Eggs (Whisked)
2/3 Cup Oil
Raspberry Buttercream Filling:
1 Cup Nutristore Freeze Dried Raspberries (Powdered)
1 Cup Butter
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
4 Tbsp Water or Milk (We used Almond Milk)
